The aim of the project is the development of the system enabling the use of different models for modeling marine and inland water related processes. Realization of the project contributes to the management of the protection of the bodies of water and the data related incl. improving the availability of data related to its condition, load and measures. The competent instances will have a chance to use data operationally and save hours while making various decisions.
To meet the aim of the project following steps are needed:
- To form and update compatible water economy datasets, which is not compiled of separate databases but of connections and sub layers used to run and use applications to intermediate the data of the current databases in the needed form and type while granting the cross using of the current datasets
- To form the links or sub layer between the datasets which is related with the bodies of water and the important data of the catchment areas to ensure cross using of the data
- To develop modeling system compatible with each other to model missing data and forecast potential future trends of the condition, load and impact of measures applied of the bodies of water by using the current data.
- To develop the system of the applications and the queries in the form, location and type appropriate for the user to receive the necessary data through the data sub layer and the models associating them functioning as whole and submits them by the criteria defined by the user.
